Academy Alumni: Fagundez and Rowe Seal All Three Points in East Conference Clash

New England Revolution Academy product Diego Fagundez scored his 27th career goal for the Revs on Sunday. Fagundez has scored in each of the last three wins for the Boston club. The 20-year-old midfielder scored in the 39th minute when Lee Nguyen played the ball across the top of the box and Fagundez curled a first-time shot past Toronto's Chris Konopka. Crossfire Premier product Kelyn Rowe sealed all three points for New England in the 71st minute after slotting home a loose ball from Lee Nguyen's challenge on Michael Bradley in the Red's box. Sunday's game ended 3-1. Rowe now has five goals this season.
